Arabic Bread

Arabic Bread
Flat, round bread, which can be easily split to make a sandwich, or broken apart and used as a utensil for scooping food. Is also used widely as a base on which to present Middle-Eastern and North-African cooking.


Can be eaten, raw or cooked. The dates are a kind of fruit, it is sweet and comes in black or dark red.

Tabbouleh is a Middle Eastern salad in which the subtle perfume of mint permeates the dish, without dominating the other flavours.

Sweet or savoury pastry turnovers usually stuffed with cheese, banana or meat, and is usually spicy. Deliciuos to be eaten while it's still hot.

A lively, upmarket shopping area lining the street with exclusive fashion boutiques, fabric stores, restaurants and cafes. A good place to buy, or just to stroll and browse.
